SYNCHRONISATION OF AXES, A REQUIREMENT NOW INDISPENSABLE

The mechanical synchronisation of axxes is now an indispensable requirement, in order to test every type of vehicle without difficulty.

Guarantees operating conditions comparable to those under road conditions (front and rear axle wheel rotation synchronism). Have a mechanically connected axle bench, means:

  • Work more easily and with greater safety
  • Saving precious time no longer having to activate vehicle SW functions (dyno mode)
  • Having no limits whatsoever in carrying out the tests, even with the latest generation of vehicles.
  • Avoiding possible costly damage to the vehicle's drive system, increasingly frequent occurrence in modern vehicles.

The 4wd Sport Devices dyno offers a telescopic cardan shaft connection, which guarantees:

  • Minimum maintenance costs and no periodic maintenance stoppages (e.g. replacement due to wear or adjustment of belt tensioning).
  • Maximum repeatability of tests: the cardan does not suffer from hysteresis and deformation, as belts do.
  • Disconnectable connection, pneumatically controlled: allows working with independent and disconnected axes.

N.B: UPDATING EXISTING DYNOS

If you do not have a connected bank, thanks to our control and acquisition systems, we can partially solve the above problems, thanks to the dedicated functions of Sport Devices control systems.

The system allows a real-time management of dyno brakes, displaying and allowing for any speed misalignment of the front and rear axle rollers. Thus preventing possible damage to the vehicle under test.
