We design and build ventilation and engine cooling systems, designed to generate an air current (at constant or variable speed) of high flow rate, to be directed to the vehicle's frontal cooling radiator, while in operation on the roller test bench.

So as to allow the proper heat dissipation and thus the safe conduct of power tests or road simulations (while also keeping vehicle operating temperatures under control).

All fan systems can be controlled by the test bench and our control and acquisition systems; also with proportional speed control (to that of the vehicle on the roller bench).

Various versions and configurations are available to meet every need:

• Single-fan models with low flow rate (15,000 or 25,000 m3/h)
• High-flow single fan models (30,000 or 50,000 m3/h)
• Installed power: 2.2 to 11 kW
• Conical nozzles with rectangular outlet (W 600 x H 400 mm)
• Optional: adjustable speed (control inverter) also in proportional speed mode
• Optional: height-adjustable support trolley on braked wheels
• Optional: nozzle equipped with flow rectifier and retractable bracket for under-car flow control
