SOUNDPROOF REHEARSAL ROOMS

We design and supply complete soundproof rehearsal roomsfor all areas of engine testing, whether roller or engine test benches, also dedicated to the homologation area.

Adequate joints, resistant structure, appropriate management of air flows and air changes.

An engine test room has little to do with a simple soundproof booth; it must involve large air flows and continuous structural stresses, due to the operating vacuum, which can, over time, compromise its performance.

It must also ensure:

  • Safety and health for operators
  • Constant environmental conditions so as not to negatively influence test results
  • Durability over time (inadequate structures may be deformed by the operating vacuum)

ENGINE TEST ROOM ACCESSORIES

We have a wide range of accessories for the rehearsal room:
- Systems of fume extraction
- Systems engine cooling (Centrifuges)
- Accessories for the hall structureincluding windows and silencers

MOTOR COOLING FAN UNITS

We can propose tailor-made solutionsand adapt them to the available space, or provide products in standard configuration.

These include standard solutions for engine cooling systems. Centrifugal fans on wheels, with brake, available with different capacities and powers:

- 4 kW
- 5.5 kW
- 7 kW
- 11 kW

The ventilating units, can also be equipped with control invertersto make the airspeed proportional to vehicle speed under test; thus optimising the simulation of road conditions (recommended for air flows >110 km/H)

FUME EXTRACTION SYSTEMS

We have developed smoke extraction systems suitable for use with the power test bench.

Larger diameters and more powerfor a reliable and durable professional system:

- 5.5kW motor
- Pipeline diameter 250 mm, up to 1,200 °C
- Mouthpieces with high-strength joints
- Mobile trolleys on wheels with brakes, ballasted
