IMPORT\u00c2NCIA DO DI\u00c2METRO DOS ROLOS<\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Em bancos de ensaio de pot\u00eancia, <strong>o di\u00e2metro dos rolos \u00e9 um dos principais factores que limitam a pot\u00eancia mensur\u00e1vel.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Este limite \u00e9<\/strong> <strong>imposto<\/strong> pela velocidade m\u00e1xima que pode ser atingida no banco de ensaios, que \u00e9 determinada <strong>por dois factores:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Di\u00e2metro exterior dos rolos do banco de ensaio<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Velocidade m\u00e1xima em rpm dos rolamentos de apoio utilizados no banco de ensaio<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Os suportes verticais <\/strong>(rolamentos)<strong> dispon\u00edvel no mercado<\/strong>, adequados aos di\u00e2metros e pesos necess\u00e1rios para este tipo de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o, <strong>est\u00e3o certificados para velocidades m\u00e1ximas de cerca de 3.000 rpm<\/strong> (com algumas excep\u00e7\u00f5es a 3.500 rpm).<\/p>\n<p>Assim sendo, <strong>dado o di\u00e2metro dos rolos<\/strong> (e a sua circunfer\u00eancia) <strong>podemos deduzir a velocidade m\u00e1xima que pode ser atingida no banco de ensaio <\/strong>(sabendo que cada volta do rolo corresponde obviamente a uma determinada quilometragem).<\/p>\n<p>Para efeitos dos c\u00e1lculos a seguir apresentados, tom\u00e1mos como refer\u00eancia<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>i <strong>rolamentos com o mais alto desempenho dispon\u00edvel<\/strong>, certificado a<strong> 3.500 rpm <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>i <strong>Di\u00e2metros de rolos populares<\/strong> entre os diferentes produtores:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong>VELOCIDADES M\u00c1XIMAS NOS BANCOS DE ROLOS<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Rolos de 240 mm<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; <strong>Velocidade m\u00e1xima 158 km\/h<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Rolos de 318 mm<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; <strong>Velocidade m\u00e1xima 210 km\/h<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Rolos de 400 mm<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; <strong>Velocidade m\u00e1xima\u00a0<\/strong><strong>264 km\/h<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I <strong><a km\/h<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A <strong>o rolo de grande di\u00e2metro \u00e9 tamb\u00e9m de import\u00e2ncia fundamental<\/strong>, a fim de <strong>evitar a derrapagem dos pneus<\/strong> durante os ensaios em banco de ensaio (que gerariam perdas de leitura de energia),<\/p>\n<p>Este <strong>gra\u00e7as ao natural e \u00e9 mais largo<\/strong> <strong>superf\u00edcie de contacto entre o pneu e o rolo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h6><strong>INDENTA\u00c7\u00c3O DO PNEU<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Quanto menor for esta \u00e1rea de contacto <\/strong>entre o pneu e o rolo, <strong>quanto maior for a carga de cisalhamento <\/strong>('indenta\u00e7\u00e3o'), <strong>que actua na superf\u00edcie de contacto da banda de rodagem<\/strong>.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Estas for\u00e7as, <strong>n\u00e3o previsto <\/strong>na concep\u00e7\u00e3o normal dos pneus de estrada, <strong>deformam e tensionam continuamente as paredes laterais durante os ensaios em banco de ensaio. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Combina\u00e7\u00e3o<strong> alta pot\u00eancia e alta velocidade, com rolos de pequeno di\u00e2metro<\/strong>, esta elevada deforma\u00e7\u00e3o (indenta\u00e7\u00e3o) <strong>pode sobreaquecer os pneus, <\/strong>com o risco class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/motycs.it\/pt\/product\/teste-de-potencia-4wd\/\">Bancos de ensaio de um rolo<\/a><\/strong>, \u00e0 medida que a pot\u00eancia do ve\u00edculo aumenta, <strong>tornaram-se ao longo do tempo a solu\u00e7\u00e3o mais popular entre todos os diferentes fabricantes <\/strong>de bancos de ensaio de pot\u00eancia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Como podemos ver na an\u00e1lise abaixo, os pneus encontram o seu <strong>condi\u00e7\u00f5es \u00f3ptimas de funcionamento na estrada<\/strong> (Fig. A).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"s1\">Observando as simula\u00e7\u00f5es abaixo (Fig. B e C) <strong>podemos observar como no di\u00e2metro maior do rolo, <\/strong>corresponde a uma menor \"indenta\u00e7\u00e3o\" e, por conseguinte<strong>\u00a0menos stress <\/strong>(Fig. B) <strong>para pneus<\/strong>, obtendo tamb\u00e9m:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Maior ader\u00eancia <\/strong>(maior \u00e1rea de contacto)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Melhoria da manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de condi\u00e7\u00f5es de funcionamento constantes<\/strong>, durante o ensaio<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1538 size-full\" class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">BANCOS DE ENSAIO DE ROLOS DUPLOS<\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Originalmente <strong>nascido para as necessidades de diagn\u00f3stico<\/strong> (numa altura da hist\u00f3ria em que os ve\u00edculos tinham pot\u00eancias muito inferiores \u00e0s actuais) <strong>oferecia uma boa estabilidade do ve\u00edculo em ensaio, mas sacrificava a reten\u00e7\u00e3o dos pneus<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Na altura, esta escolha de design foi tamb\u00e9m justificada pela <strong>fins para os quais o banco de rolos duplos foi originalmente concebido; <\/strong>ou a sua utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o<strong> nos centros de diagn\u00f3stico <\/strong>que estavam apenas a fazer <strong>testes de pot\u00eancia curtos e r\u00e1pidos.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h6><strong>CONDI\u00c7\u00d5ES DE ELEVADA TENS\u00c3O PARA OS PNEUS<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Como se pode ver nas figuras abaixo (Fig. D, E), o <strong>banco de ensaio para autom\u00f3veis ou motociclos com rolos duplos<\/strong> (ligados ou n\u00e3o por uma correia) <strong>apresentar <\/strong>de qualquer forma<strong> pneus em condi\u00e7\u00f5es de elevada tens\u00e3o, tamb\u00e9m devido \u00e0 elevada indenta\u00e7\u00e3o <\/strong>devido \u00e0<strong>impossibilidade de utilizar rolos de grande di\u00e2metro, impl\u00edcita nestas solu\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/motycs.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/tyre-deformation-motycs-double-roller-dyno.jpg\"><img \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h6><strong>VE\u00cdCULOS MODERNOS CADA VEZ MAIS POTENTES<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Estas condi\u00e7\u00f5es de stress <strong>tornam-se cada vez mais evidentes \u00e0 medida que a pot\u00eancia e o bin\u00e1rio dos ve\u00edculos aumentam.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Pensamos, portanto, no <strong>ve\u00edculos modernos endot\u00e9rmicos, h\u00edbridos ou el\u00e9ctricos, cujo bin\u00e1rio e pot\u00eancia aumentaram de forma desproporcionada nos \u00faltimos anos<\/strong>, alcan\u00e7ando <strong>mais do dobro dos n\u00edveis<\/strong> <strong>em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com as compet\u00eancias para as quais este tipo de banco <\/strong>rolos duplos <strong>foi inicialmente colocado no mercado <\/strong>(1980s).<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"s1\">Tipicamente, <strong>na realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de ensaios a m\u00e9dio\/longo prazo, o aquecimento dos pneus \u00e9 suscept\u00edvel de afectar os resultados<\/strong>; devido a:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"s1\"><strong>diferente ader\u00eancia no contacto pneu\/rolo a diferentes temperaturas<\/strong> (causa de <strong>dissipa\u00e7\u00e3o de energia <\/strong>e a varia\u00e7\u00e3o das leituras de pot\u00eancia das rodas e a <a href=\"https:\/\/motycs.it\/pt\/a-prova-de-bancos-com-dissipacao-de-energia\/\"><strong>pot\u00eancia<\/strong> <strong>dissipado<\/strong>.<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"s1\"><strong> varia\u00e7\u00f5es do di\u00e2metro dos pneus<\/strong>, que podem ocorrer devido \u00e0 sua <strong>aumento da press\u00e3o interna<\/strong>\u00a0 com poss\u00edveis diferen\u00e7as nas leituras de velocidade do motor.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong>DIFERENTES VELOCIDADES DAS RODAS E DOS ROLOS<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Mais <strong>criticidade dos bancos de rolos duplos<\/strong> \u00e9 representado pelo <strong>diferentes velocidades de rota\u00e7\u00e3o dos pneus e rolos. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Durante o per\u00edodo de acelera\u00e7\u00e3o, <strong>os pneus tendem naturalmente a querer \"subir\" no rolo dianteiro <\/strong>(Fig. D)<strong>, deforma\u00e7\u00e3o ainda maior <\/strong>devido \u00e0 desloca\u00e7\u00e3o e \u00e0 diferente distribui\u00e7\u00e3o da massa do ve\u00edculo<strong>. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Isto tamb\u00e9m envolve o<strong> desloca\u00e7\u00e3o dos centros de rota\u00e7\u00e3o das rodas e rolos <\/strong>(e di\u00e2metro relativo do rolamento),<strong> modificar as velocidades de rota\u00e7\u00e3o em conformidade <\/strong>dos componentes individuais envolvidos (rolo dianteiro\/rolo traseiro\/pneu).<\/p>\n<p>Para <strong>Para compreender esta din\u00e2mica, basta olhar para as figuras D e E abaixo; as dist\u00e2ncias dos eixos de rota\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>\u00a0do centro de rota\u00e7\u00e3o do pneu, <strong>mudar \u00e0 medida que a posi\u00e7\u00e3o do eixo do ve\u00edculo muda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/motycs.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/tyre-deformation-motycs-double-roller-dyno.jpg\"><img duas condi\u00e7\u00f5es de funcionamento poss\u00edveis diferentes,<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>dependendo do <strong>presen\u00e7a<\/strong><strong> ou n\u00e3o<\/strong><strong> um constrangimento mec\u00e2nico entre os rolos dianteiro e traseiro<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Quando <strong>N\u00c3O ligados entre si <\/strong>(Fig. D), o rolo traseiro roda a uma velocidade de <strong>maior velocidade de rota\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, condi\u00e7\u00e3o que pode causar deslizamento e afectar negativamente os ensaios<\/li>\n<li>Quando <strong>unidos <\/strong>(Fig. E), o rolo traseiro transporta um <strong>efeito de fric\u00e7\u00e3o na superf\u00edcie do pneu, devido \u00e0 sua menor velocidade de rota\u00e7\u00e3o neste caso;<\/strong> aumentando assim o desgaste dos pneus e a temperatura de funcionamento.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div id=\"attachment_1569\" style=\"width: 810px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a
