{"id":1536,"date":"2023-05-03T16:57:52","date_gmt":"2023-05-03T14:57:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/motycs.it\/?page_id=1536"},"modified":"2023-05-09T08:07:34","modified_gmt":"2023-05-09T06:07:34","slug":"banchi-prova-potenza-monorullo-birullo","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/motycs.it\/de\/einzelrollen-biroll-leistungspruefstaende\/","title":{"rendered":"Pr\u00fcfst\u00e4nde mit zwei Rollen oder mit einer Rolle"},"content":{"rendered":"<div data-vc-full-width=\"true\" data-vc-full-width-init=\"false\" class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid vc_custom_1473769871896 vc_row-has-fill\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"sc_section margin_top_large margin_bottom_huge\" data-animation=\"animated fadeInUp normal\" style=\"max-width: 1030px; margin: auto;\"><div class=\"sc_section_inner\"><h6 class=\"sc_section_subtitle sc_item_subtitle\">Theorie<\/h6><div class=\"sc_section_content_wrap\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element  vc_custom_1683612450690\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h4 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">DIE BEDEUTUNG DES ROLLENDURCHMESSERS<\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Auf Leistungspr\u00fcfst\u00e4nden, <strong>der Durchmesser der Walzen ist einer der wichtigsten Faktoren, der die messbare Leistung begrenzt.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Diese Grenze ist<\/strong> <strong>auferlegt<\/strong> durch die auf dem Pr\u00fcfstand erreichbare H\u00f6chstgeschwindigkeit, die bestimmt wird <strong>durch zwei Faktoren:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Au\u00dfendurchmesser der Pr\u00fcfstandsrollen<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Maximale Drehzahl in U\/min der auf dem Pr\u00fcfstand verwendeten St\u00fctzlager<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Der St\u00e4nder st\u00fctzt <\/strong>(Lager)<strong> auf dem Markt verf\u00fcgbar<\/strong>, f\u00fcr die f\u00fcr diese Art der Verwendung erforderlichen Durchmesser und Gewichte geeignet, <strong>sind f\u00fcr maximale Drehzahlen um 3.000 U\/min zertifiziert<\/strong> (mit ein paar Ausnahmen bei 3.500 U\/min).<\/p>\n<p>Dementsprechend, <strong>unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung des Durchmessers der Rollen<\/strong> (und deren Umfang) <strong>k\u00f6nnen wir die auf dem Pr\u00fcfstand erreichbare H\u00f6chstgeschwindigkeit ableiten <\/strong>(wobei jede Rollenumdrehung nat\u00fcrlich einer bestimmten Strecke entspricht).<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die nachstehenden Berechnungen haben wir als Referenzwerte verwendet:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>i <strong>Lager mit der h\u00f6chsten verf\u00fcgbaren Leistung<\/strong>, zertifiziert nach<strong> 3.500 U\/min <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>i <strong>G\u00e4ngige Rollendurchmesser<\/strong> zwischen den verschiedenen Herstellern:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong>H\u00d6CHSTGESCHWINDIGKEITEN AUF ROLLENB\u00c4NKEN<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>240 mm Rollen<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; <strong>H\u00f6chstgeschwindigkeit 158 km\/h<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>318 mm Rollen<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; <strong>Max. Geschwindigkeit 210 km\/h<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>400 mm Rollen<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; <strong>Max. Geschwindigkeit\u00a0<\/strong><strong>264 km\/h<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/motycs.it\/de\/product\/leistungstest-4wd\/\">Leistungspr\u00fcfst\u00e4nde von Sport Devices<\/a><\/strong> <strong>sind ausgestattet mit<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/motycs.it\/de\/product\/leistungstest-4wd\/\"><strong>500 mm Rollen<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0&#8211; <strong>Max. Geschwindigkeit <\/strong><strong>330 km\/h<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/motycs.it\/de\/product\/leistungstest-4wd\/\"><strong>635 mm Rollen<\/strong><\/a> &#8211; <strong>Max. A).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"s1\">Betrachten Sie die folgenden Simulationen (Abb. B und C) <strong>k\u00f6nnen wir beobachten, wie bei dem gr\u00f6\u00dferen Durchmesser der Walze, <\/strong>entspricht einer geringeren \"Vertiefung\" und damit<strong>\u00a0weniger Stress <\/strong>(Abb. B) <strong>f\u00fcr Reifen<\/strong>, auch zu erhalten:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Besserer Halt <\/strong>(gr\u00f6\u00dfere Kontaktfl\u00e4che)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Verbesserte Aufrechterhaltung konstanter Betriebsbedingungen<\/strong>, w\u00e4hrend der Pr\u00fcfung<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1538 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/motycs.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/tyre-deformation-motycs-single-roller-dyno.jpg\" alt=\"Ein-Rollen-Leistungspr\u00fcfst\u00e4nde\" width=\"800\" height=\"315\" srcset=\"https:\/\/motycs.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/tyre-deformation-motycs-single-roller-dyno.jpg 800w, https:\/\/motycs.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/tyre-deformation-motycs-single-roller-dyno-300x118.jpg 300w, https:\/\/motycs.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/tyre-deformation-motycs-single-roller-dyno-768x302.jpg 768w, https:\/\/motycs.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/tyre-deformation-motycs-single-roller-dyno-600x236.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h4 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">ZWEI-ROLLEN-PR\u00dcFST\u00c4NDE<\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Urspr\u00fcnglich <strong>geboren f\u00fcr den diagnostischen Bedarf<\/strong> (zu einer Zeit in der Geschichte, als Fahrzeuge viel weniger Leistung hatten als heute) <strong>bot eine gute Stabilit\u00e4t des getesteten Fahrzeugs, jedoch auf Kosten der Reifenhaftung<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Diese Entscheidung wurde seinerzeit auch mit der Tatsache begr\u00fcndet, dass <strong>Zwecke, f\u00fcr die die Doppelrollenbank urspr\u00fcnglich konzipiert wurde; <\/strong>oder seine Verwendung<strong> in Diagnosezentren <\/strong>dass sie lediglich eine <strong>kurze und schnelle Leistungstests.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h6><strong>HOHE BELASTUNGSBEDINGUNGEN F\u00dcR REIFEN<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Wie aus den nachstehenden Abbildungen (Abb. D, E) hervorgeht, ist die <strong>Pr\u00fcfstand f\u00fcr Autos und Motorr\u00e4der mit Doppelrollen<\/strong> (ob durch einen G\u00fcrtel verbunden oder nicht) <strong>einreichen <\/strong>trotzdem<strong> Reifen unter hoher Beanspruchung, auch wegen der hohen Eindr\u00fcckung <\/strong>aufgrund der<strong>die Unm\u00f6glichkeit der Verwendung von Walzen mit gro\u00dfem Durchmesser, die in diesen L\u00f6sungen implizit enthalten ist<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/motycs.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/tyre-deformation-motycs-double-roller-dyno.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1537 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/motycs.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/tyre-deformation-motycs-double-roller-dyno.jpg\" alt=\"Doppelrollen-Leistungspr\u00fcfst\u00e4nde\" width=\"800\" height=\"315\" srcset=\"https:\/\/motycs.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/tyre-deformation-motycs-double-roller-dyno.jpg 800w, https:\/\/motycs.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/tyre-deformation-motycs-double-roller-dyno-300x118.jpg 300w, https:\/\/motycs.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/tyre-deformation-motycs-double-roller-dyno-768x302.jpg 768w, https:\/\/motycs.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/tyre-deformation-motycs-double-roller-dyno-600x236.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h6><strong>IMMER LEISTUNGSF\u00c4HIGERE MODERNE FAHRZEUGE<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Diese stressigen Bedingungen <strong>werden mit zunehmender Leistung und h\u00f6herem Drehmoment der Fahrzeuge immer deutlicher.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Wir denken daher an die <strong>moderne endothermische, Hybrid- oder Elektrofahrzeuge, deren Drehmoment und Leistung in den letzten Jahren \u00fcberproportional zugenommen haben<\/strong>erreicht. <strong>mehr als doppelt so hoch<\/strong> <strong>im Vergleich zu den Befugnissen, f\u00fcr die diese Art von Bank <\/strong>Doppelrollen <strong>wurde urspr\u00fcnglich auf den Markt gebracht <\/strong>(1980s).<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"s1\">Typischerweise, <strong>bei der Durchf\u00fchrung von mittel- und langfristigen Tests kann das Aufw\u00e4rmen der Reifen die Ergebnisse beeinflussen<\/strong>; aufgrund von:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Unterschiedliche Haftung im Reifen\/Rollen-Kontakt bei unterschiedlichen Temperaturen<\/strong> (Ursache f\u00fcr <strong>Energiedissipation <\/strong>und Schwankungen der Radleistungsmesswerte sowie die <a href=\"https:\/\/motycs.it\/de\/stromunabhangig-banksicher\/\"><strong>Macht<\/strong> <strong>abgeleitet<\/strong>.<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"s1\"><strong> Unterschiede im Reifendurchmesser<\/strong>, die aufgrund ihrer <strong>erh\u00f6hter Innendruck<\/strong>\u00a0 mit m\u00f6glichen Unterschieden in den Motordrehzahlmessungen.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong>UNTERSCHIEDLICHE RAD- UND ROLLENDREHZAHLEN<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Weitere <strong>Kritikalit\u00e4t von Doppelrollenb\u00e4nken<\/strong> wird dargestellt durch den <strong>unterschiedliche Drehgeschwindigkeiten von Reifen und Rollen. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend der Beschleunigungsphase, <strong>Reifen neigen nat\u00fcrlich dazu, auf der vorderen Walze \"nach oben\" zu wollen <\/strong>(Abb. D)<strong>, noch mehr deformieren <\/strong>aufgrund der Verschiebung und der unterschiedlichen Verteilung der Fahrzeugmasse<strong>. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dazu geh\u00f6ren auch die<strong> Verschiebung der Drehpunkte von R\u00e4dern und Rollen <\/strong>(und relativer Rolldurchmesser),<strong> die Drehgeschwindigkeiten entsprechend zu \u00e4ndern <\/strong>der einzelnen beteiligten Komponenten (Vorderrolle\/Hinterrolle\/Reifen).<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr <strong>Um diese Dynamik zu verstehen, gen\u00fcgt ein Blick auf die nachstehenden Abbildungen D und E. D), dreht sich die hintere Rolle mit einer <strong>h\u00f6here Rotationsgeschwindigkeit<\/strong>, Bedingung, die zu Schlupf f\u00fchren und die Tests beeintr\u00e4chtigen kann<\/li>\n<li>Wenn <strong>zusammengebunden <\/strong>(Abb.
